The 2009 Oscar nominees will be announced on January 22nd, the one year anniversary of Heath Ledger's death. Is there any doubt that Ledger will not be nominated? Is there any doubt that he won't win? Not in my mind. Other possible Oscar nominees for Best Supporting Actor include Russel Crowe in A Body of Lies, Josh Brolin in Milk, and John Malkovich in The Changeling.
